Application Examples for Prescale: List of Available Examples:
In the production of LCDs, anisotropic conductive film (ACF) is used to attach the driver integrated circuit by applying it under pressure and heat
using a bonding tool. If the heat is not evenly distributed across the bonding surface, the ACF may not adhere properly, leading to defects.
Prescale 200 provides an easy-to-read visual map to assess the uniformity and suitability of heat distribution.

Heat sealing is commonly used to seal food packages, medical supplies, and products like lithium-ion batteries. A heating block applies heat to the
end of the package to seal it. If the heat is not distributed uniformly along the heat seal or if the heating block does not provide sufficient
heat, the sealing will be defective. Prescale 200 can be used to evaluate the amount of heat applied to the package.

With the pressure-sensitive Prescale film, it is possible to perform quick and effective checks related to various phases and parameters in shoe
manufacturing. For example, it can be used to verify the uniformity of pressure applied to the sole by the press, check the correct peripheral
bonding, assess misalignment of cushion sectors (e.g., tilting), or identify any damage or wear conditions.

In laser copiers (and/or multifunction printers) used in offices, the fusing rollers apply heat to melt the toner and bond it with the paper to
reproduce text and images. However, if the heat is not evenly distributed or if there are scratches on the roller's surface, the copy may not be
reproduced correctly. With Prescale 100, it's possible to detect thermal irregularities and/or scratches on the surface of the fusing roller.
